About 90% of plumbing repairs qualify for flat-rate pricing. If the scope of work can be clearly identified, we provide a fixed, upfront price before any work begins. For situations where the full scope cannot be determined until the work starts—such as deep leaks, hidden pipes, or complex disassembly—we use our standard hourly rates.

PARTS & MATERIAL POLICY
- Our service vehicles carry over 90% of common parts required for most repairs.
- If a special part is needed and not in stock, pickup time is billed at the applicable labour rate.
- If suppliers are closed after hours, on weekends, or holidays, the technician will provide a temporary and safe fix when possible, then return during the next regular business hours to complete the repair.
- All Evercore-supplied parts include full manufacturer warranty.
- Customer-supplied parts carry no warranty and are installed on a best-effort basis.

A 6% administration fee is applied to all invoices. This fee supports the essential operational and coordination costs required to provide timely scheduling, efficient communication, and the high-quality service experience our customers expect from Evercore.
