At Evercore Plumbing, most services are billed using flat-rate pricing.
After the technician completes the initial diagnosis, a clear fixed price is provided upfront before any work begins ,no surprises, no hidden fees, and no hourly guessing.
Hourly labour is only used when flat-rate pricing is not possible due to complexity, difficult access, or custom installation requirements.

PARTS & MATERIAL POLICY
- Our service vehicles carry over 90% of common parts required for most repairs.
- If a special part is needed and not in stock, pickup time is billed at the applicable labour rate.
- If suppliers are closed after hours, on weekends, or holidays, the technician will provide a temporary and safe fix when possible, then return during the next regular business hours to complete the repair.
- All Evercore-supplied parts include full manufacturer warranty.
- Customer-supplied parts carry no warranty and are installed on a best-effort basis.
